Tide evo Laundry Detergent Tiles, Spring Blast Scent

I had no idea this existed until I saw it at the store. We usually use Tide pods (always in cold water) and I use the sport/febreze/oxiclean versions because we have hockey players in our house -- and until you have smelled hockey teen smell, you haven't smelled anything. I also usually add in the scent boosters in an effort to fight that hockey funk. That smell is almost impossible to get rid of. Well, I decided to give these a try just based on the eco-friendly packaging and the lack of the plastic around the detergent and not knowing anything else about them. I have to say I am blown away by how good these are. I went with the original scent, and it completely destroys the hockey odor, and my laundry actually smells good -- not just "okay" but really good. My whole laundry room smells wonderful and clean! I also only need a single pack for each load. I love these and am so glad we gave them a chance! I have already recommended them to my friends and family! As long as these are available, I will not use anything else!!

I was surprised by this product I received as a free sample. I assumed it was a detergent sheet (did not read the description) but this was like a small squished waffle. it cleaned my clothes well and left a pleasant scent. Unlike the Tide pods, which left a bad chemical smell, the Evo has more of a traditional Tide scent. The only negative: there was still a blob of undissolved detergent in the rubber seal of my front loader from 2 of the 3 tiles causing too much soap in the machine on successive loads. The package states it works in cold water, but maybe warm would be better.
